PROCESS EMPLOYMENT DOCUMENTS - Skyworld facilitates the necessary employment formalities of the selected workers from POEA and other necessary travel documentation that may be required prior to departure.

EXTEND DEPARTURE ASSISTANCE - Skyworld conducts its own pre-departure orientation session in addition to the official Pre departure Seminar required by POEA to all the workers before their departure. This session will help them to understand the host country’s rules and regulations especially with regard to labour law. Skyworld has a commitment to monitor overseas employment within the contract period.
